Bone-in Ham: 0.81kg, 4.00kg, 0.81kg

Boneless Ham: 1.18kg, 6.17kg, 0.99kg

Bone-In Picnics: 0.99kg, 5.17kg, 0.81kg

Boneless Butts: 1.18kg, 4.81kg, 0.99kg

For Skinless Bellies (Pump @ 12%): 0.72kg, 4.26kg,1.08kg

Ingredients:  Scientifically Blended Food Grade Phosphate.
