How to Use

1. Prepare Solution: Mix with 45.46 L (10 Imperial Gallons) of water.
2. Pump Meat: Inject solution based on meat type (see chart below).
3. Add Cure & Salt: Customize with separately purchased cure and salt.

Pumping Guidelines (per meat type):

• Bone-In Ham: 0.81 kg, 4.00 kg, 0.81 kg
• Boneless Ham: 1.18 kg, 6.17 kg, 0.99 kg
• Bone-In Picnics: 0.99 kg, 5.17 kg, 0.81 kg
• Boneless Butts: 1.18 kg, 4.81 kg, 0.99 kg
• Skinless Bellies (Pump @ 12%): 0.72 kg, 4.26 kg, 1.08 kg
